My P.E.A.C.E. project

This is another one of my fun ARTsignments for my coach training.  I’m just going to show thumbnails of the finished book of the Principles, the cover, and one of the inside pages here, since there are 10 pages with fronts and backs, and that would take up too much blog room.  If you want to see larger versions of the full set, click here to go to my Flickr set of these pages.

Bound book of ARTbundance PrinciplesGratitude-frontCover-frontThe P.E.A.C.E. Project, which stands for “Principles Expressed Artistically, Creatively and Enthusiastically”, was designed for us to really get into what each of the ARTbundance Principles – Gratitude, Intuition, Balance, Vision, Attraction, Choice, Action, Connection, and Service – mean to each of us.  The idea was for us to express and celebrate the role of the Principles in our life and for the project to serve as a creative reminder of the Principles in our role as an ARTbundance coach.

We could do this project any way we wanted, but since one of the ideas was for them to serve as a reminder while we’re coaching, a banner for my office made up of mixed media collages of quotes and images came up almost immediately after reading the assignment.  Since I was having a hard time getting the banner cord to hang where I wanted (it turned out to be WAY more of a challenge than I anticipated), I decided to temporarily bind them with a ring and look into other options for hanging the banner later.  I’ll get it figured out, but this will do for the moment…
